These terms govern bookings made with Airport Transfer Services Ltd. Completing a booking means that you accept them.
A booking is confirmed when we issue confirmation. Prices, accepted payment methods and currency are shown before payment.
All prices are calculated based on your specific pickup and drop-off details and shown before you confirm payment. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of booking, unless a corporate account agreement states otherwise. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay, with no additional charges added afterwards except where you request extra services not included in the original booking.
All vehicles used to fulfil bookings are maintained to a roadworthy standard and licensed in line with UK private hire vehicle regulations. All drivers hold a valid private hire licence issued by the relevant licensing authority, are DBS checked, and are insured to carry fare-paying passengers.
Cancellation windows, refund eligibility and no-show conditions depend on the booked service and are provided with your booking.
We aim to arrive on time for every booking, but journey times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances outside our control. For airport pickups, we monitor the flight number you provide and adjust pickup timing where possible. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control.
Drivers and vehicles must meet our service and safety standards. Passengers must behave safely and lawfully.
Liability is limited as permitted by law. Applicable insurance and force-majeure provisions remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and the terms in effect at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to that booking.
